Not happy at all with this station. Once booking the ticket at the website (bus bud) it said two free checked bags but once booked, the ticket showed a cost for the second checked bag - $40 which doubled my total trip cost!! Very unfair. Talked to customer service but achieved nothing except a rude reply.Arrived at the station late (just on time) , the train was still there but the agent didn’t open the gate so I lost the train. Boarded the next train but the staff of the station never informed me of the very significant discount for students.Would have taken the bus if I had known that the extra checked bag is doubling the whole cost!

Clean station with easy access to the Via rail train station, multiple bus routes, trainyards shopping plaza, and the Rideau river pathway. The station is partially indoors and outdoors so definitely wear a jacket in the winter
