Kingsway/Royal Alex station
This is an above ground station that is close to Kingsway Transit Terminal and Royal Alex Hospital. There are covered seating areas as well as heat lamps. There are also arrival signs as well. This station is quite busy so watch out for cars as you cross the street. There are lots of connecting busses at the bus terminal.

Too many ppl smoking all kinds of substances right in the station, and too many addicts and vagrants hanging out there in the cold weather. Most regular ppl would feel unsafe in that environment.

It's alright..better then the last location being that there's more open space except I think they should have stuck with the idea of putting the LRT underground like they originally planned bcuz it's a hastle getting through there during rush hour plus if it snows like crazy forget about getting anywhere on time especially if your taking a bus...

Nice LRT Station. Clean, warm stop however poorly located, a 5 minute walk from the Royal Alex and a 5-10 minute walk to the mall (depending on the terrible light cycle to cross the road and LRT).

This station is clean with cozy waiting room warm enough during winter. The train frequency is still not effective enough and there are issues with the signals from time to time. However, I believe ETS should work on the services. Also beautiful clean trains usually ply this route....

Awful for accessing Kingsway Mall. Don't use this station to access the mall. Much better to use NAIT Station to access Kingsway Mall. Takes forever to cross 111 Avenue and 106 Street.Excellent to access the Royal Alex Hospital, Victoria School for the Arts, and the Prince of Wales Armoury Museum.Beautiful and warm.Excellent for transfers to busses for the North Side.

This is a very well maintained LRT transit where the bus stops are right across the road. It is a convenient way to commute. There is always security at the station. I haven't found any problem so far with the station.

this, along with bay enterprise square, is a station i use to board the lrt to century park when i'm bored af, or when i want to take a cooler route to the west edmonton mall by transferring to route 23 at century park.
